The name Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè was founded by Glêbêm Shëmënka, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1518 m (4980 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1139, by Glêbêm Shëmënka. The establishment of Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè is is constructed arround a semi-circular crampt baked earthen mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The political statment focused walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.
Civic Infrastructure
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's parks.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's natural decorations nor waterways.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

The Kami, Kodama near Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè are known to be quite timid.
Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves ritual combat to channel Summoning energies of tier 2 via recitation of poetic epics.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè was attacked by savage ogress living nearby. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè lost 175 people, 103 livestock, and 78 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 99, when members of Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's militia enacted an operation to deliver supplies to a specific prison. The operation was complicated by the enemy forces had far more numbers than estimated. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Joga-yîfi Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
